My healing journey is not linear. I don't have a goal of reaching the "finish line." I guess you can say that I'm okay with having different kinds of emotions. Some days are easy and others are unbearable. Whatever the case may be, I do my best to meet myself where I am. If I'm having a hard time, then I'm having a hard time. If things are easy, then so be it.
